Coaching path

A week-by-week map of flagship application coaching

See how discovery, document work, and interview practice unfold when you book the full engagement for finance and accounting roles in Germany.

The coaching path is designed for professionals who are actively applying — or about to. It is not a lecture series. Each week produces documents or practised answers you can use immediately.

Week 1

Discovery and role targeting

We review your history, language preferences, and two or three vacancy types. Output: a one-page target brief naming titles to pursue and titles to pause.

Week 2–3

Document sprint

Lebenslauf and Anschreiben are rewritten against live German job ads. You receive annotated drafts, then a cleaned version ready to submit. Optional: bilingual packs.

Week 4–5

Interview labs

Two mock interviews covering close-process questions, standards vocabulary, and career-move narratives. Written feedback after each session.

Week 6

Closing review

Salary framing, remaining document tweaks, and a short list of next applications. Email support continues through the booked window for urgent vacancy questions.

Who thrives on this path

Applicants who already have relevant finance experience and need sharper presentation. If you are still deciding between entirely different careers, start with a career transition consultation instead.

Who should choose a shorter offer

If an interview is already scheduled, jump to interview preparation. If documents are the only blocker, the Lebenslauf & Anschreiben review may be enough.
