This is our flagship engagement for professionals who want a clear, role-specific path into German finance and accounting positions. You work with a coach who knows how German hiring managers read applications — from the first line of an Anschreiben to the final salary conversation.
Who it is for

What is not included

How it works

Preparation
Bring two recent job advertisements, your current CV, and any rejection feedback you are willing to share. German-language materials are welcome; coaching can run in English with bilingual document review.
