By accessing this website or requesting coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an inquiry.

2. Services described

Automationplatform provides employment consulting focused on application coaching for finance and accounting roles in Germany. Website content describes coaching offers for information. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing (email is sufficient).

3. No employment guarantee

Coaching improves preparation and presentation. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, visa outcomes, or salary results. We do not act as a recruitment agency placing candidates with employers unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your experience and to refrain from asking us to fabricate credentials, employment dates, or qualifications. You remain responsible for the final content of applications you submit to employers.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, design, and original coaching materials remain the property of Automationplatform. You may use rewritten CV and cover letter content prepared for you in your own job search. You may not resell coaching materials or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Automationplatform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from hiring decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation is prohibited under German law.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit abusive or unlawful content through forms. We may refuse or terminate engagements that conflict with professional ethics or applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered place of business shall have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
