Transparent fee guidance for coaching engagements
Prices reflect preparation time, document rewriting, and live session hours. Final quotes depend on language mix, document volume, and whether sessions are remote or in Marburg.

How estimates are built
After your discovery inquiry we confirm scope: target role family, document language, and urgency. If you need both German and English application packs, or a larger set of vacancy-specific Anschreiben, the quote rises accordingly. Fees are informational until confirmed in writing.
Payment rhythm
Shorter engagements are invoiced in full before work begins. Flagship coaching is typically split: fifty percent to reserve the start date, remainder before the interview labs. Deposits and refund rules are described on the refund page.
What we do not offer
There are no monthly subscriptions, software licences, or placement success fees. You pay for coaching time and document work — not for a guaranteed hire.
All amounts are in euros and exclude any applicable VAT stated on the invoice.
