When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, coaching interest, target role, and message content. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and timestamps. If you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated usage data may be collected as described on the cookies page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to inquiries and providing coaching — performance of pre-contractual steps or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Coaching engagement files are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to three years thereafter for reference and defence of legal claims, unless you request earlier deletion where legally permissible.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
