Why this practice exists
Many capable finance professionals lose interviews before they begin — not because of missing skill, but because their Lebenslauf and Anschreiben do not speak the language of German accounting teams. Automationplatform was founded to close that gap with patient, document-level coaching rather than generic career pep talks.
How we work
Sessions are conversational and concrete. We open real job advertisements, mark up your materials, and rehearse answers aloud. Feedback is specific: which bullet hides ownership, which paragraph wastes the hiring manager’s attention, which interview answer drifted into theory.
Coaching is available in English, with bilingual review of German application documents. Video sessions are the default; in-person meetings in Marburg can be arranged when schedules allow.
